Domin Names

All domain names are registered to the individual owners of each website, Star XYZ will not own them.

Cancellation

If a user has signed up to use Star XYZ website services and wishes to cancel they can cancel at any time. The subscription is paid monthly so their will stop from the moment they wish to cancel. A refund will not be given but future payments will not be taken. The website will then be turned off.

The Domain Name is still the owner of the individual and the individual may do whatever they wish with it. All data from the website must be removed by the individual if they wish to cancel. Once the website is turned off the individual will not be able to access the website being hosting by Star XYZ once cancelled.

Website Data

All material within each website is the owner of the individual. Star XYZ does not claim to own any of the information.

All material within each website must comply to legal and reputable information. If data is found to be illegal, pornographic or unsuitable the website owner will be contacted as a warning and the website will be turned off.

Star XYZ at all times own the CMS system and it will not be given out if the user wishes to cancel. The content only will be available and Star XYZ do not claim ownership of the content..
